Navigating the transition from natural teeth to implant placement is a pivotal aspect of clinical decision-making, since tooth extraction
is one of the most common procedures performed in the human body.
Over time, bone augmentation has moved from highly specialized clinics into dental offices. With the help of modern grafting material,
the augmentation activity in the dental office has increased year by year. However, soft tissue closure in high volume augmentation
cases can be challenging, especially in the posterior mandible and posterior maxilla.
The goal of the course is to share more of 20 years of experience using mucogingival techniques as a daily routine, not just in periodontal patients, but as a useful tool to achieve excellence in multidisciplinary rehabilitation, implantology and bone regeneration.
The goal is to explain the diagnosis and digital protocol along with the prosthetic and periodontal planification, in order to get ideal emergence profiles, avoiding the use of hybrid dentures if possible.
